feat: Make PICNIC pip installable. Added documentation for packaging and distribution.

Applied functionality and configuration for making PICNIC pip installable.

Beside that I also made the following changes:

  • Made import paths relative to the source folder
  • Extended and updated documentation
  • Replaced urllib.request by the requests library to avoid certificate issues
